A space where intimacy begins with you.
Thoughtful therapy for sex, intimacy, and relationships in all their forms.
From monogamous to non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, our therapists offer support grounded in clinical expertise and real-world experience.
Sex therapy, also known as psychosexual therapy, supports people who are experiencing difficulties or concerns around sex and intimacy.
A space where sexual orientation, identity, relationships and desires are met with attuned, experienced support, not judgement or assumptions.
Kink-aware, sex-positive therapy for exploring consent-led BDSM, power dynamics and alternative sexual expression with care, curiosity and professionalism.
People reach out about sex and relationships for many reasons. The experiences below are some common ones, though psychosexual and relationship therapy supports a much broader range of concerns, including sexual trauma, mismatched desires, gender identity, coming out and much more…
We bring together a collective of hand-picked, qualified psychosexual and relationship therapists who are passionate about supporting individuals and couples.
Our work invites exploration of erotic templates, patterns of relating, and the development of skills that support communication, intimacy, and emotional connection.
We provide therapy that is grounded, non-judgemental, and non-pathologising.

Perspectives on intimacy, relationships and sexual wellbeing.
Pain during sex is one of those things people tend to suffer alone. They push through it, or stop having sex altogether, or find ways to avoid the conversation – with partners, with doctors, sometimes with themselves.
If someone you love has recently shared that they might be asexual – or if you’ve found yourself wondering what that means for you – you’re not alone in feeling uncertain about where to begin.
Most people who look up this word aren’t doing research. They’re trying to make sense of something that’s been quietly worrying them. They’ve usually already Googled or used Chat-gpt, and come away with a lot of labels and not much understanding.
Yes. The introductory call is confidential and lasts around 15 minutes, giving you space to ask questions, get a sense of the therapist, and decide whether you’d like to continue.
No. The introductory call is a chance to explore whether working together feels right. You’re free to take your time and decide whether to continue.
We work with individuals as well as couples and people in a range of relationship structures. You can explore what feels most appropriate for you when you enquire.
Individual therapy is £80 per session, and couples or relationship therapy is £120 per session. Some therapists may offer a limited number of lower-cost sessions after the first session, which can be discussed directly with them.
Sessions are primarily held online, allowing you to work with specialist therapists wherever you’re based in the UK or abroad. Some therapists also see clients in person. Any in-person availability will be clearly shown on individual therapist profiles.
If you decide to continue, ongoing sessions, arrangements and payments are made directly with your therapist, at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you’re clear about what you’re looking for or still finding the words, we’re here to help you move forward at your own pace.
