2. Who Controls Your data

Intima Therapy as Data Controller: We are the data controller for personal data you provide through the Platform, including enquiry information, booking details, and communications.

Therapists as Independent Data Controllers: Therapists are independent data controllers for all therapy-related information, including clinical records, therapy notes, and ongoing communications after the first session.

Joint Controllers: In limited circumstances, we may act as joint controllers with Therapists for anonymised data, administrative matters, or where required by law.

Therapist Privacy Notices: For information about how your Therapist handles your data, please refer to their individual privacy notice.
