Bio
Our experiences of sex, intimacy, and connection are deeply personal, and when challenges arise they can affect how we see ourselves and how we relate to others. I am committed to creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your unique experiences of sex and relationships.
I can support you in navigating complex emotions and difficult circumstances, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and growth. Together, we can explore patterns in your relationships, navigate conflict, and work towards improving communication and understanding.
I trained in psychosexual and relationship therapy using an integrative approach, allowing me to adapt my work to meet each client’s distinctive needs. I believe there is no single approach that works for everyone, and I strive to ensure therapy feels collaborative and guided by your goals.
No matter what brings you here, I understand that talking about sex, intimacy, and relationship difficulties can feel vulnerable. Therapy offers a space where these conversations can feel safe and supported.
