Bio

I am dedicated to helping women reclaim a shame-free and pain-free sexual life. Growing up with little to no sexual education, I understand firsthand the impact of silence, stigma, and misinformation. Having experienced vaginismus myself, I bring both professional expertise and lived empathy to my practice. I have already supported many women in overcoming vaginismus, pain during sex, lack of arousal or difficulties reaching climax, and I am passionate about helping others achieve what may feel impossible.

I also have experience working with people from diverse countries and cultural backgrounds, always respecting their beliefs, and adapting my approach to meet their individual needs. Trained alongside sexual health doctors, nurses, pelvic floor physios and psychologists at St Mary’s Hospital in London.

Alongside this, I work with couples to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and deepen emotional and physical intimacy. I help partners learn to truly hear one another, see from each other’s perspective, and move toward solutions as a team. Whether reconnecting or building intimacy for the first time, I offer a safe, compassionate space for growth, understanding, and lasting change.

Testimonials

Eva gave me the courage to try new and different things, and to feel and explore. Not only that, she taught me so much biology about women’s bodies and the more I understand it, the more I feel it’s such a miracle. I no longer feel afraid of sex and I’ll carry what I’ve learned with me

Y.L.

I had a very positive experience working with Eva. She was patient, understanding, and helped me better understand my emotions and my body. Through mindfulness, dilators, and referrals to pelvic floor physiotherapy and workshops, I learned to manage fear and anxiety. I felt truly understood and comfortable discussing everything with Eva.
