I am a qualified and experienced counsellor with an MA in Health Psychology and Advanced Diplomas in Integrative Counselling and in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.

I work integratively, drawing on psychological theory and relational understanding to support individuals and couples experiencing emotional, relational, or psychosexual difficulties.

I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

In relationship therapy, I work with couples to understand their relational dynamics and communication patterns. Together we explore the challenges they may be facing and work towards building a deeper emotional bond and a more fulfilling connection.

In my psychosexual work, my aim is to help people feel more at ease with their sexuality and to enjoy intimacy more fully. When no physical cause has been identified, sexual difficulties may have a psychological or emotional basis.

I support clients in exploring these underlying factors, reducing shame or anxiety, and finding ways to reconnect with pleasure, closeness, and confidence.
