Bio
Struggling with sex, intimacy, or relationships can feel isolating – and finding the right support can feel daunting. I work with individuals and couples experiencing difficulties in these areas, offering a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore sensitive concerns at your own pace and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
Many people come to therapy feeling confused, distressed, or disconnected – either from their partner or from their own sexuality. My role is to help you make sense of what is happening, understand the emotional and relational patterns that may be contributing, and find a path forward that feels right for you.
I welcome clients from LGBTQIA+ communities, and those exploring questions around identity, desire, or intimacy. I have worked with organisations including The NAZ Project and Controlling Chemsex, supporting Black, South Asian, East Asian, and Latino communities in the UK – groups that are often underserved by mainstream sexual health education and therapy. This work gave me a deep understanding of how culture, community, and context shape people’s experiences of sexuality and relationships, and I bring that awareness into every client relationship.
My approach is integrative and relational, informed by psychosexual therapy models, attachment theory, and contemporary relationship therapy. Rather than viewing difficulties in isolation, I focus on how emotional, relational, psychological, and contextual factors all interact with sexual concerns.
Sessions are collaborative, talking-based, and tailored to each client or couple – there is no physical contact or sexual activity involved at any stage. Where appropriate, I may suggest reflective or experiential exercises to explore between sessions, always explained clearly and with your full consent. I work at a pace that feels safe for you, particularly when exploring shame, trauma, or long-held patterns that may have felt impossible to talk about before.
If you’re unsure whether this kind of therapy is right for you, I’m happy to have an initial consultation – no commitment required.
Testimonials
I highly recommend the work with Hilton for anyone struggling with long-term disconnection.
After a decade of distance, my partner and I used our sessions to bridge the gap through targeted exercises and roleplaying. It wasn't just about the 'spark' - though that has certainly returned - it was about healing.

Hilton helped us uncover how our individual histories and past traumas were impacting our marriage. Learning to have compassion for myself and my partner's past has changed the way we communicate.
We've moved from a place of disconnect to one of deep intimacy and mutual empathy.
